Richard Simpson, B.S. degree in Biological Science, M.Ed, in public education for 38 years, most of it as an Elementary Principal. He helped establish the Environmental Education Campus for San Luis Obispo County. Dick has been a State Park employee and/or a Docent volunteer since 1982, during which time he helped establish the Monarch Butterfly Interpretive program at the Pismo State Beach Monarch Grove.
